Given the sensitive nature of our work, we are unable to identify most of our mandates, even indirectly. However, we are able to identify the following recent mandates:

- Representing the Claimant/Applicant in the Libananco v. Turkey ICSID annulment proceeding in relation to the arbitration of an investment treaty dispute
- Advising an international consumer products company on sanctions issues related to the Middle East and Iran
- Advising an international oil company on sanctions issues related to the Middle East and Iran
- Advising a hedge fund in relation to the international law aspects of an impending EU bank nationalisation brought about by the euro crisis
- Providing practical training in public international law to government lawyers of a State in the Middle East

- Representing investors in a hydrocarbon concession dispute under the Energy Charter Treaty with a former Soviet Union country

- Representing the Claimant in the OI European Group v. Venezuela ICSID arbitration of an investment treaty dispute
