Professor Robert Volterra and Professor Dan Sarooshi launch a collaborative new legal blog “Foreign States in English Courts”

On 2 June 2016, two renowned public international law experts launched a new legal blog entitled “Foreign States in English Courts”.  The blog is a unique collaboration between Professor Dan Sarooshi (University of Oxford and barrister as Essex Court Chambers) and Professor Robert Volterra (University College London and co-founding partner at Volterra Fietta).  The platform provides a newsfeed of concise but informative case summaries of recent and important English court decisions involving foreign States as litigants. The blog aims to accommodate the busy practitioner, the academic and key State advisors alike by providing the pertinent information without the complex underlying factual matrix in each case.
