Staff Lawyer

Andrés is a Colombian-qualified lawyer with more than five years of work experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.  He holds an LL.B, from the  University of Medellin, an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and an LL.M. in International Law from Universität Heidelberg.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Andrés completed internships in international arbitration at a leading international law firm in Germany and at the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre in Chile.  He also worked as an associate at a boutique law firm specialising in commercial litigation in Colombia and as in-house counsel for the Medellín Mayor’s Office.
