Anhad is an India-qualified lawyer. He read law at the National Law School of India University (with Honours) and holds an Advanced LL.M. degree (cum laude) specialising in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration, from Leiden University.
In addition to his experience of working in a leading full-service law firm, Anhad has extensively worked as an independent counsel before India’s Constitutional Courts and arbitral tribunals. He has been instructed by, and represented, private and public sector clients across a range of commercial and public law disputes. Anhad has also been consulted by governments directly, for advice on dispute resolution and contract management strategies for domestic and cross-border agreements. His works on arbitration law, trade law and constitutional law have been published in leading journals and periodicals.
