Staff Lawyer

Anshul is an India-qualified lawyer with over five years of experience practicing litigating before Courts and Tribunals.  Anshul has also participated in a number of arbitrations, as counsel and tribunal secretary.

Anshul has an LL.B from Symbiosis International University and an Advanced Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration cum laude from Leiden University.  For his LL.M. thesis, Anshul examined the enforcement of investment treaty arbitration awards, with the objective of proposing reforms to augment compliance.  Prior to undertaking his LL.M., Anshul worked as an associate at the chambers of a Senior Advocate at the Indian Bar and Vice President of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
