Staff Lawyer

Ayan is an Indian-qualified lawyer.  He holds a BA LL.B. degree from the University of Kalyani, India, and a Master of Laws  (LL.M.) in International Business Law from King’s College London with a special focus on International Commercial Arbitration and International Investment Arbitration.

Prior to joining us, Ayan worked as a senior associate in one of the oldest and leading law firms of India where he gained extensive experience in Litigation and other forms of Dispute Resolution. Ayan has represented clients, both private and public sectors, in varied practice areas cutting across a wide variety of practice areas. His experience includes complex commercial arbitrations, both domestic and international, which include construction, contracts, and resource disputes. His dispute resolution experience also encompasses pre-award, post-award and enforcement stage litigation arising out of arbitrations.
