Cansu is a Turkish-qualified lawyer. She holds an LL.B from Koç University of Istanbul and an LL.M from King’s College London. She has recently submitted her Ph.D. thesis on “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards Set Aside in the Country of Origin” and she is expected to get her degree by May, 2022.
Prior to joining us Cansu was an intern in the International Arbitration Department at WilmerHale, London. She also worked as a legal trainee at Akıncı Law Firm (Istanbul, Turkey) who provided legal services regarding investment and commercial arbitration disputes to prominent local firms as well as to well-known international corporations.
