Jennifer is an Australian-qualified solicitor. She holds a BA (majoring in Politics and International Relations) and an LLB (Hons) from Macquarie University and an LLM (International Law) from the University of Cambridge, for which she received the Cambridge Australia Trust Davis McCaughey Scholarship.
Jennifer advises sovereign States, State-owned companies in international dispute resolution proceedings, as well as in non-contentious matters under public international law.
Before joining Volterra Fietta, Jennifer worked at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law. She has experience at the International Criminal Court, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the High Court of Hong Kong and various human rights NGOs. Jennifer has also worked for a leading corporate law firm in the dispute resolution practice group. She sits on the International Law Association (Management Committee.
