Staff Lawyer

Juan is a Colombian-qualified lawyer.  He holds an LL.B. from Universidad del Rosario, an advanced degree in International Business Law from Universidad de los Andes, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Juan completed an internship at the New York State Supreme Court.  He previously worked as an associate at a top-tier Colombian law firm, representing clients in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings.  He also served as a senior law clerk for the Colombian Council of State, where he handled claims against the Colombian Government.
