Staff Lawyer

Leah is an Indian-qualified lawyer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from the MIDS program, jointly conducted by the Graduate Institute, Geneva and the University of Geneva.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, she worked as a Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant to judges of the Indian Supreme Court, closely working with them on a diverse range of matters pertaining to constitutional law, criminal law and arbitration petitions among others.  She has also gained experience in international disputes by training with international arbitration teams of top-tier firms in Germany and Dubai.
