Mohit Pandey

Staff Lawyer

Mohit is an India-qualified lawyer with experience in international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation and white-collar crimes.  Mohit holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from MIDS, Geneva (a joint program of the Law Faculty of Geneva University and the Graduate Institute).  Mohit has appeared in over one hundred cases before the Supreme Court of India, Indian High Courts and international arbitral tribunals. Mohit’s experience includes construction, natural resources and investment disputes. Mohit has advised and represented foreign law firms in matters concerning Indian law, especially the law on damages and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in India. Mohit has also acted as tribunal secretary in arbitrations.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Mohit worked at a leading London set of barrister chambers.
