Priyanka is an Indian qualified lawyer. She holds a law degree from the University of Delhi and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.
Priyanka advises sovereign States, State-owned companies in international dispute resolution proceedings, as well as in non-contentious matters under public international law.
Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Priyanka worked for four years with a leading litigation chamber in India where she gained experience in international commercial arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and constitutional law. She has advised government agencies and multinational clients on disputes across a range of sectors and has appeared as counsel in significant commercial disputes before major courts in India including the Supreme Court. She has also advised and represented clients in pro bono cases concerning human rights violations.
