Staff Lawyer
Sanam is a French lawyer. She holds a law degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as an Advanced Master’s Degree in Management and International Law from HEC Paris Business school and an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from the Queen Mary University of London.
Sanam advises sovereign states, state-owned companies, and private parties in international dispute resolution proceedings, as well as in non-contentious matters under public international law.
Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, she worked at the arbitral practice of a French leading firm as well as two well-known international boutiques which specialised in international arbitration where she handled disputes involving commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, and construction arbitration. Her experience extends to proceedings governed by civil law, common law, investment treaties, and general public international law.
