Yvete Sola

Staff Lawyer

Yvete is a Philippine-qualified lawyer. She holds an LL.B degree from the San Beda University (Philippines), a BSc in business management from the Ateneo de Naga University (Philippines), and an LL.M in international dispute settlement, the MIDS program, from The Graduate Institute of Geneva where she was a scholarship recipient.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Yvete practiced law in the Philippines for four years as Solicitor at the Office of the Solicitor General of the Philippines, the statutory legal counsel of the Philippine government where she represented the Philippine government in litigation cases before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of the Philippines, and in international arbitration cases. She also performed legal traineeships at an international arbitration law firm based in Switzerland, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the United Nations Environmental Program in Geneva.
