Ramalingam is an Indian-qualified lawyer with over three years’ experience in litigating before various national tribunals, high courts and Supreme Court of India.  Ramalingam has an undergraduate degree in journalism & mass communication from SRM University and an LLB (Hons.) from the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai.  He recently graduated with an LLM from King’s College London where his writing project was focused on the non-discriminatory treatment and early disposal regime which was being negotiated under the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).

Prior to joining us, Ramalingam worked as a co-counsel in the High Court of Madras and represented clients in several high profile cases.  He has also worked as a research assistant to Prof. Ingeborg Schwenzer for the 2nd edition of a treatise on sales of goods and contract laws across the world.
