Elizaveta Rachkova

Staff Lawyer

Elizaveta is a Russian-qualified lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with honours and an LLM from the National Research University Higher School of Economics.  She also holds an LLM in International Dispute Settlement from IHEID and University of Geneva, where she studied commercial arbitration, public international law and investment law.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Elizaveta completed an internship at a US law firm in Paris.  Previously, for 2 years, she worked in private practice for a Russian boutique law firm, where her work was focused on international commercial arbitration cases, including construction disputes. Investment cases on which Elizaveta was working related to the post-Soviet Union area and she is experienced in working in a variety of applicable laws from the region. In addition to international disputes cases, her expertise also encompasses adept handling of sanctions-related matters.
