Staff Lawyer

Iaroslava Mavliutova is a Russian-qualified lawyer.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” with distinction.  During her studies, she won a number of research paper competitions, participated in moot court competitions and was a recipient of an excellence scholarship.  From 2022 until 2023, Iaroslava undertook postgraduate studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, completing her Master of Laws in International Economic Law.

Before joining Volterra Fietta, she worked at the Scientific Laboratory for International Trade During Sanctions as a legal researcher and had internships at the International Bar Association in London and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
