Staff Lawyer

Hasina is a Nepal-qualified lawyer with experience in transactional work.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and an LLM from the University of Cambridge, where she studied International Investment Law.

Prior to joining Volterra Fietta, Hasina appeared before the Supreme Court, High Courts and District Courts of Nepal in several commercial and civil cases.  Hasina has advised business clients on foreign investment, commercial arbitration and cross-border transactions.
